All Custom Homes include:
   - Custom Bid. Many builders advertise their custom homes at a certain price per foot. This is often misleading because many people want features that are not included in that price. These features are then charged to the customer with extra profit to the builder. In fact, many local neighborhoods require features that are not included in the price, such as roof pitch, type of windows, and full concrete driveways.
     At Remington Custom Homes, we meet with you to prepare the custom bid that will fit your house. This personalized bid will include any special needs or desires for the home, and will be prepared for the particular homesite and neighborhood you have chosen.
   - Up to 6 hours of Plan Customization. Our in-house plan designer will meet with you to determine any changes needed to any of our floor plans, or to prepare your own custom floor plan.
   - Energy Star Certification. Energy Efficiency is important to all homeowners, and it is equally important to us. All Remington homes meet the Energy Star criteria, and this is at no extra cost to you.
   - Prompt, Quality Construction.Many builders move at a snail's pace, allowing days and even weeks between construction phases. At Remington Custom Homes, we recognize time is important to our customers. Many builders take 6 to 9 months on average sized custom homes, and can take even longer on large homes! We strive to keep as little time as possible between construction phases. This saves our customers time and money.
